Pedas99 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for All Malaysian Players

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and pedas99 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any services provided through the pedas99 website, you agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the pedas99 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the Terms are made will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

2 Membership Eligibility & Age Limit

3 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at pedas99. Opening a second, third, or additional account — whether using a different name, email, phone number, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

The general terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Pedas99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your pedas99 account within minutes after successful payment confirmation.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of payment for immediate verification.

Supported deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. pedas99 also supports deposits via direct bank transfer to major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and AmBank.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Pedas99 is committed to processing winning withdrawals quickly and transparently. The following are the withdrawal terms and procedures every member should know:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour on business days. Withdrawals requested on public holidays may take slightly longer depending on the banking system.
• Your first withdrawal must be credited to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your pedas99 account.
• The identity verification (KYC) process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Any winnings earned using a bonus must meet the specified rollover (wagering) requirement before a withdrawal can be made.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7 Acceptable Player Conduct

Pedas99 expects all members to interact with the platform and other users in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pedas99 platform:

• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt pedas99's systems, servers, or infrastructure in any way.
• Use of third-party software, automated bots, scripts, or any method that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account.
• Fraud in any form, including the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards or bank accounts to make deposits.
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live games or sports betting.
• Using the pedas99 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Spreading false or misleading information about pedas99 to other parties.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Pedas99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, either temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through our Responsible Gaming program.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the pedas99 support team via live chat. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days after the closure process is confirmed.

9 pedas99 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pedas99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Platform disruption or unavailability due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Data loss caused by technical failure or natural disaster.
• Any financial losses arising from fair and random game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in maintaining password security.

However, this limitation of liability does not reduce our responsibility to safeguard player funds and process transactions accurately and securely in accordance with the stated terms.

10 Amendments & Applicable Law

Pedas99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations requiring immediate action.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation shall be referred to an arbitration body agreed upon by both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, only that provision shall be deemed void, while the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
